假如阿扁認罪，代表的將是馬政府的邪惡更上一層樓，和阿扁是否有罪毫無關係。我想到的是，在 1984 中的一些片段 :
“If I confess, they’ll shoot you, and if I refuse to confess, they’ll shoot you just the same. “
“如果我認罪，他們會把你槍斃，如果我拒絕承認，他們也一樣會把你槍斃的。
The confession was a formality, though the torture was real.
認罪只是一種形式，但是刑求是真的。
There were other times when he started out with the resolve of confessing nothing, when every word had to be forced out of him between gasps of pain, and there were times when he feebly tried to compromise, when he said to himself: ‘I will confess, but not yet. I must hold out till the pain becomes unbearable. Three more kicks, two more kicks, and then I will tell them what they want.’
有時，他決心不認罪，每一個字都必須從痛苦的喘息中擠壓出來；還有一些時候，他試圖妥協，他對自己說： 我將承認，但是再等一下。我必須堅持，直到疼痛變得無法忍受。再踢三次，再踢兩次，然後我會將他們想要的告訴他們。
在台灣，現在還相信司法的是白痴。
不相信司法而要人認罪的，不是愚蠢就是邪惡。
